Project
context
The challenge
How do you bring the energy of an auction room online while keeping every bid clear?
Placeholder text · to be completed with the project team
At the heart of the Artmark Live! project is a journey that begins with discovering the collection and continues through to hammer and administration. In the final version we will describe the starting situation, the people involved and the difficulties met in day-to-day work.
Here we will detail what had to be kept from the existing way of working and where change was needed. Concrete examples will explain why some steps took longer, what information was missing and how we set priorities together with the client.
What we
built
The solution
in brief.
An experience that connects the catalogue, auction participation and the hammer. The interface follows the rhythm of the event, while the admin tools support the work behind the scenes.

In this section we will present the delivered components and the role of each. We will show how information moves between steps, what the user can do and what tools the team running the platform has at hand.
We will complete the description with the key design and development decisions: how we simplified interactions, how we handled exceptions and how we validated the solution before launch. The visuals below will illustrate these choices.

The main
steps
How it works.
- 01
Discovering the collection
The catalogue is where works and collectors meet.
- 02
Registration and participation
Interest in a work turns into participation in the event.
- 03
Real-time bidding
Bids follow the rhythm of the auction and link participants to the auction room.
- 04
Hammer and administration
The auction result continues into administration.
04 / Images from the project
The project in detail.
Provisional illustrations. We will replace them with real images from Artmark Live!.

The platform’s main interface will be shown here.

Here we will illustrate an important step in the user journey.

Here we will show a detail of the flow and its outcome.
05 /
Results
A bridge between collectors and the auction room, with a coherent digital journey.
Results to be documented
We will complete this section with client-confirmed results: what changed in the team’s work, what feedback users gave and what we improved after launch. Figures and comparisons will be added after validation.
