The artgames.ro website presents the Art Games studio, its projects, its team and ways to get in touch. It is operated by Art Games SRL, Reg. Com. no. J2013015799405, CUI 32616298, with its registered office at Palatul Cesianu-Racoviță, Str. C. A. Rosetti 5, Bucharest.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website freely, for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• access or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts or data;
• disrupt the operation of the website or attempt to circumvent security measures;
• submit through forms content that is unlawful, false, offensive or that contains harmful software.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, design, images, illustrations, code and logos on the website belong to Art Games or are used with the permission of their owners. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written consent, except for use within the limits permitted by law (for example, brief quotation with attribution of the source).

The names and brands of clients and partners mentioned on the website belong to their owners and are used only to describe our collaborations. The presentation of a project does not guarantee results for other projects.

Through the “Join the team” form you can send us a spontaneous application. You agree to provide accurate information and to hold the right to send us the attached documents.

Submitting an application does not create an obligation for us to hire you or to reply within a specific timeframe. The data in your application is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and only on the basis of the consent you tick in the form.

6. Links to external websites

The website contains links to publications and other websites (for example, press articles). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their privacy policies.
